Returning Student Meal Plan Campaign
As the lead marketing professional assigned to Dining Services, I successfully led efforts to promote and sell returning student (meal-only) meal plans. The main audience for this campaign were returning students who either chose not to live with University Housing the following year or chose to live in a housing option that did not require a meal plan. This was a multi-faceted campaign that utilized several tactics including direct email to both students and their parents/guardians, social media, campus digital signage, online newsletter publications, mobile app notifications, and printed materials used at various tabling events, among others. The overall goal was 1,000 meal plans sold, and the campaign resulted in:• 950+ returning student (meal-only) meal plans sold (95% of the overall goal)
• $270,000+ in gross revenueTactic-specific highlights include:• 62.4% average open rate among email promotion (exceeding industry standards)
• 887+ average accounts reached via Instagram promotion (averaging 115+ from non-followers)Created with Drupal, Adobe Creative Cloud, Constant Contact, and UNL Announce System

Campus Recreation Website Redesign
The online presence of the Campus Recreation department. The main goal was to simplify and consolidate information to provide a cleaner and more user-friendly online experience. We also wanted to update the website to a more recent design interface, using current useability best practices and accessibility tools.A secondary goal was to provide greater flexibility for the Campus Recreation department to make timely changes to their pages, resulting in the implementation of several program-specific twig templates. This allows for an almost seamless user experience with little to no coding experience needed for site editors.Since finishing the redesign in the fall of 2022, the site has performed well with:• 8,000+ (14.24%) increase in new users
• 12,000+ (10.15%) increase in website sessions
• 9.86% decrease in pages per session (1.65 vs. 1.83, meaning on average users are finding the content they need in fewer clicks)Created with Drupal

Mobile Ordering app implementation
Dining Services' mobile ordering application. Expeditiously implemented due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, I assisted in developing an easily understood and user-friendly interface. I also leverage it as an effective communication tool for special offerings, announcements, and changes in services within Dining Services.Since launching the application in spring 2020, it exceeded expectations with:• 19,000+ total users
• $958+ average lifetime spending per user
• 108.2 average transactions per userCreated with Transact

Dining Services website redesign
The online presence of the Dining Services department. The main goal was to explain complicated information such as meal plans and hours of operation in a way that was easy for students, faculty, staff, and visitors to access. We wanted to optimize for organic search and reduce the number of pages needed to find searched-for information.Since implementing analytical tools in Sept. 2020, the site has performed well with:• 155,000+ new users
• 298,000+ pageviews
• 59% of new users access the website via organic search
• 1.86 pages per session for all users (meaning, on average, users are finding the content they need in less than two clicks)Created with Drupal
